We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused
Warehouse Associate / CDL Class C Driver. This role is responsible for handling shipping and receiving activities, maintaining warehouse inventory, operating a forklift, and assisting walk-in customers with hardware purchases. The ideal candidate enjoys working in a fast-paced warehouse environment and providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and organize incoming shipments.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for delivery or pickup.
- Maintain accurate warehouse inventory and stock levels.
- Load and unload materials safely and efficiently.
- Operate a forklift and other material-handling equipment.
- Deliver materials as needed using a CDL Class C vehicle.
- Assist walk-in customers with hardware product selection and purchases.
- Provide professional, courteous customer service.
- Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe.
- Follow all company safety procedures and regulations.
Qualifications
Required
- Experience with shipping, receiving, and warehouse operations.
- Material handling experience.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move materials safely.
- Class C Driver's License or willingness to obtain one.
