Job Responsibilities
- Apply paint and finishes to products
- Operate production equipment and machinery
- Assist with assembly and manufacturing processes
- Inspect products to ensure quality standards are met
- Prepare and move materials throughout the facility
- Package and stage finished products for shipment
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Follow all safety and quality procedures
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous paint experience (residential, commercial, industrial, woodworking, or paint booth experience)
- Manufacturing, production, or warehouse experience
- Ability to use basic hand tools and measuring devices
- Basic math and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
