We are currently seeking a reliable, experienced Office Administrator / Secretary & Bookkeeper to join our team in Henderson, KY.

What You’ll Do:
- Answer incoming phone calls and handle general office communication
- Schedule and coordinate jobs and appointments
- Manage bookkeeping tasks, including accounts payable & receivable
- Process payroll
- Maintain organized records and files
- Support daily administrative operations to keep the office running smoothly
What We’re Looking For:
✔ Minimum 3 years of experience as a secretary and bookkeeper
✔ Proficiency in QuickBooks is a must
✔ Strong organizational and multitasking skills
✔ Professional and friendly communication style
