Pest Control Management Professional / Pest Technician
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Pest Control Professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide safe and effective pest management services for residential and commercial clients while delivering exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:

Inspect structures and environments to identify pest activity and potential entry points

Develop and implement appropriate treatment plans

Apply pesticides and other control methods safely and in compliance with regulations

Communicate findings, recommendations, and service plans to customers

Maintain accurate service records and documentation

Operate company equipment and vehicles safely

Provide follow-up services and ensure customer satisfaction
Skills & Qualifications:

Strong problem-solving and inspection skills

Ability to work independently and manage a service route

Excellent customer service and communication skills

Attention to detail and safety procedures

Physical ability to climb, crawl, lift, and work in various environments

Previous pest control experience or certification is preferred, but training may be provided
