Route Driver – Trash Bag Collection
We are seeking a dependable Route Driver to service established pickup routes for a local sanitation company. This position involves driving a company vehicle to scheduled stops, collecting bagged trash from residential or small business locations, and transporting it to the designated disposal site.
Responsibilities:
· Drive a company truck along an assigned daily route
· Pick up and load bagged trash at scheduled stops
· Safely transport waste to the appropriate disposal facility
· Maintain a clean work area and follow safety procedures
· Provide reliable and courteous service to customers
Requirements:
· Valid driver’s license with a good driving record
· Ability to lift and handle trash bags regularly
· Dependable, punctual, and able to work outdoors in various weather conditions
· Ability to follow routes and work independently
Pay: $13.00 for training weeks, then $14.00 with future opportunities for wage increases
Schedule: Days Monday thru Friday, we work a Saturday once in awhile, but rare
20-25 hours to start and this could work into full-time hours, will discuss at interview
