Express Employment Professionals is seeking a friendly and organized Appointment Coordinator for a busy dental office environment!
💲 Pay: $14 – $16/hour
🕒 Schedule:
Monday – Wednesday: 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Thursday: 7:30 AM – 3:00 PM
Responsibilities include:
✔ Answering phones
✔ Scheduling and confirming appointments
✔ Assisting patients with questions
✔ Maintaining organized schedules
✔ Taking payments and updating records
Ideal candidates will have strong customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast paced environment.
