Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Pay Range: $25–$35 per hour (commensurate with experience)

Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Electric Motor Winder to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in assembling, repairing, and maintaining electric motors, ensuring they meet operational standards and specifications. This role is crucial in supporting our operations by delivering high-quality motor winding services.
Key Responsibilities:

Disassemble and inspect electric motors to identify issues and determine repair needs.

Rewind AC/DC motors, stators, armatures, and field coils using appropriate techniques and materials.

Perform electrical tests, including insulation resistance and continuity tests, to ensure motor integrity.

Assemble and install coils in stators, rotors, or armatures, ensuring proper alignment and insulation.

Document all repairs, tests, and inspections accurately.

Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols.

Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and maintain high-quality standards.
Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in electrical or mechanical fields is a plus.

Minimum of 2 years of experience in motor winding or a related field.

Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and schematics.

Familiarity with winding machines, hand tools, and electrical testing equipment.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.

Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and stand/walk for extended periods.
