Job description
Express is seeking a motivated and detail oriented Inside Sales Support Specialist to join our dynamic sales team. This role is critical in supporting the inside sales team by assisting with customer relations, order processing, and sales coordination in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide direct support to the inside sales team by assisting with customer inquiries, pricing requests, and order processing.
Assisting Inside Sales Team with Data Entry of quotes and orders.
Maintain strong relationships with business partners to ensure seamless communication and service.
Assist in preparing and presenting pricing and product information to customers.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency within the sales workflow.
Utilize Microsoft Office and internal software for data entry, order tracking, and reporting.
Support sales representatives in meeting and exceeding monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.
Qualifications & Skills:
Strong communication, organization, and customer service skills.
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a high-paced environment.
Self-motivated with an aptitude for identifying new market opportunities.
Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word) and data entry systems. Prior experience in sales support, customer service, or a related field is preferred. Opportunities for Advancement
