Job Title: Welder/Fabricator
Location: Bossier City, LA
Pay: $17/hour
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Job Type: Full-Time
We are seeking an experienced Welder/Fabricator to join our team in Bossier City. This is a full-time, day-shift position responsible for fabricating metal components and performing MIG and/or TIG welding based on blueprints and specifications. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and takes pride in high-quality workmanship.
Responsibilities:

Perform MIG, TIG, and/or stick welding on various metal components

Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical instructions

Fabricate metal parts using shears, brakes, saws, and other fabrication tools

Inspect welds and finished products for quality and precision

Grind, sand, or polish metal surfaces to prepare for welding or finishing

Ensure all work meets safety and quality standards

Maintain tools and equipment and keep work area clean and organized

Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines
Qualifications:
-
2+ years of welding and fabrication experience preferred

Proficient in MIG and/or TIG welding techniques

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints

Familiar with fabrication tools such as grinders, plasma cutters, and brakes

Strong attention to detail and quality

Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods

Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic

High school diploma or equivalent required; welding certification a plus
