Job Title: CNC Machinist – Industrial Pump Manufacturer
Location: Bossier City, LA
Pay: $23.00/hour
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Job Type: Full-Time
Job Summary:
We are hiring a skilled and detail-oriented CNC Machinist to join our team at an industrial pump manufacturing facility in Bossier City. The CNC Machinist will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining CNC machines to produce precision parts used in pump assemblies.
Key Responsibilities:

Set up and operate CNC mills and/or lathes to machine pump components

Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and G-code programs

Inspect finished parts using precision measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges)

Make program edits and adjustments to maintain part accuracy and quality

Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot machine issues as needed

Maintain a clean and organized work area and follow all safety procedures

Document production output and inspection results

Work collaboratively with team members to meet production schedules
Requirements:
-
2+ years of CNC machining experience (mills, lathes, or both)

Ability to read blueprints and interpret G-code

Experience with precision measuring instruments

Familiarity with industrial or pump manufacturing a plus

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

Able to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods

High school diploma or equivalent required; technical training preferred
