Hours: 7am-4pm M-F
Location: Shreveport
Job Type: Full-Time
Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Plastic Fabricator to join our manufacturing team. This position involves cutting, shaping, assembling, and welding plastic components using various tools and equipment. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail and the ability to read blueprints or fabrication drawings.
Key Responsibilities:

Measure, cut, and form plastic materials according to specifications

Use hand tools, saws, routers, heat guns, and welding equipment to fabricate parts

Assemble plastic components using adhesives, fasteners, or thermal welding techniques

Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, or CAD files
-
Inspect completed parts for quality, accuracy, and durability

Operate safely and maintain a clean work environment

Maintain equipment and report any maintenance needs

Follow all safety and quality standards during fabrication processes
Requirements:

Previous experience in plastic fabrication or a similar trade preferred

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and measurements

Familiarity with plastic welding, bending, and forming techniques

Strong manual dexterity and attention to detail

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods

High school diploma or GED required
