Title: General Laborer – Landfill (Trash Pick-Up)
Pay: $15
Hours: 7-4pm Monday- Friday
Location: Keithville
Job Type: Full-Time
Job Summary:
We are seeking a hardworking General Laborer to assist with trash pick-up, debris removal, and other general labor tasks at our landfill facility. This role is essential to maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient worksite.
Key Responsibilities:

Pick up loose trash, litter, and debris around the landfill site

Assist with sorting and separating recyclable materials as needed

Operate basic hand tools and equipment safely

Help direct and guide traffic to proper disposal areas when needed

Perform general site clean-up and maintenance tasks

Follow all safety rules and wear required PPE at all times

Report hazards, unsafe conditions, or equipment issues to supervisors
Requirements:

Ability to work in outdoor environments and in all weather conditions

Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and performing physical labor for extended periods

Reliable transportation and strong attendance record

Ability to follow instructions and work well as part of a team

Previous labor or waste management experience a plus, but not required
