Title: General Laborer
Pay: $15.00/hour
Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Location: Shreveport, LA
Job Type: Full-Time
Job Summary:
We are looking for a dependable General Laborer to assist with a variety of tasks in Shreveport. This role involves physical labor, following instructions, and supporting daily operations to keep projects and worksites running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:

Perform general labor tasks such as lifting, carrying, and moving materials

Assist with loading and unloading trucks or equipment

Clean and prepare job sites for projects

Operate basic hand tools and equipment safely

Follow all safety guidelines and wear proper PPE
-
Support team members and supervisors with additional tasks as needed
Requirements:

Ability to perform physical labor and lift up to 50 lbs

Reliable transportation and strong attendance record

Ability to follow instructions and work well with a team

Willingness to work outdoors and in various weather conditions

Previous labor experience a plus, but not required
Benefits:
