Title: Make Ready Technician
Pay: $16.00/hour
Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
Location: Bossier City, LA
Job Type: Full-Time
Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable Make Ready Technician to prepare properties for new tenants or customers. This role includes cleaning, light repairs, and ensuring units are in excellent condition and ready for occupancy.
Key Responsibilities:

Clean and prepare units, buildings, or work areas for use

Perform basic repairs such as patching walls, painting, replacing fixtures, and minor maintenance

Remove debris and ensure all areas are safe and presentable

Inspect completed work to meet company quality standards

Assist with moving furniture, equipment, or supplies as needed

Follow all safety procedures and maintain organized workspaces
Requirements:

Previous make ready, janitorial, or maintenance experience preferred

Basic knowledge of hand tools and repair techniques

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical work for extended periods

Reliable transportation and strong attendance

Attention to detail and ability to work independently
