Pay: $15.00–$17.00/hour DOE
Hours: Monday – Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM
Location: Shreveport, LA

Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and dependable Shop Hand to join our team in Shreveport. This role is responsible for assisting with daily shop operations, maintaining tools and equipment, and supporting production tasks to ensure smooth workflow.
Key Responsibilities:

Assist with the assembly, preparation, and organization of materials

Operate basic shop tools and equipment under supervision

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the shop and work areas

Load and unload materials and products as needed

Perform basic repairs and maintenance on tools or equipment

Follow all company safety guidelines and procedures

Support other team members with various shop tasks as assigned
Requirements:
-
Previous shop, warehouse, or general labor experience preferred

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods

Basic mechanical skills and ability to use hand and power tools

Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail

Willingness to learn and follow instructions

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
