Job Overview
We’re seeking a motivated and self-driven Outside Sales Representative based in Shreveport, LA. You'll champion our products/services across the local market, building relationships and closing deals—all within a consistent Monday–Friday, 8–5 schedule. This opportunity is ideal for sales professionals who value predictability and autonomy over an extensive benefits package.
Key Responsibilities

Arrange and conduct face-to-face meetings with prospective and current clients to showcase our offerings.

Generate new leads and customers through cold calling, networking, or field outreach.

Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business and referrals.

Track sales activity—log calls, meetings, proposals via CRM and prepare regular sales reports.

Stay current on local business trends in Shreveport to proactively identify new market opportunities.
Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required; college degree (e.g., Business, Marketing) preferred but not mandatory.

Proven experience in outside or field sales strongly preferred.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Skilled in or willing to learn CRM tools and Microsoft Office suite.

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for travel across Shreveport territory.
