Delivery Driver (Chauffeur’s License Required)
Location: Shreveport, LA
Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00?AM – 5:00?PM
Pay: $18-$20?per hour
Job Summary
We’re seeking a dependable and professional Delivery Driver to join our team in Shreveport. This role requires a current chauffeur’s license and a commitment to punctuality, safety, and excellent customer service.
Responsibilities

Load, secure, and deliver packages or items to customers’ homes or businesses during assigned routes

Adhere to scheduled delivery times and maintain route efficiency

Utilize GPS or navigation tools to plan and follow safe, efficient routes

Perform routine pre-trip inspections of the vehicle and report any issues

Accurately complete delivery logs, pickup/delivery documentation, and update status in company systems

Communicate professionally with customers; obtain signatures and handle inquiries

Assist with unloading and organizing deliveries as needed

Follow all local traffic laws, company protocols, and handling guidelines
Qualifications

Must possess a valid chauffeur’s license (required) and maintain a clean driving record

Proven safe driving experience; delivery experience preferred but not required

Strong sense of responsibility, reliability, and time-management

Familiarity with GPS navigation tools and ability to follow delivery schedules

Excellent interpersonal and customer service communication skills

Ability to lift and carry packages (up to ~50 lbs) safely

Willingness to comply with company safety and vehicle maintenance standards
