Pay: $16-$19 DOE
Schedule: Monday- Friday 8-5 + 1 Mandatory long day per month (1st Working Day)

Job Summary:
We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and organized Title Clerk to join our automotive dealership team in Shreveport, LA. The Title Clerk is responsible for processing vehicle titles and registrations, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring compliance with state regulations.
Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and process title and registration paperwork for new and used vehicles

Submit documentation to the DMV in a timely and accurate manner

Verify accuracy of vehicle sales paperwork including VIN numbers, title status, and lien information

Maintain files and logs for all title and registration transactions

Handle any title discrepancies or corrections

Communicate with customers, banks, and state agencies as needed

Support the accounting and sales departments with related clerical tasks

Stay current on state title regulations and dealership procedures
Qualifications:

Prior experience as a Title Clerk in an automotive dealership setting preferred

Knowledge of Louisiana DMV title and registration requirements

Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy

Proficient in Microsoft Office and dealership management software (preferred)

Excellent communication and organizational skills

Ability to meet deadlines and work independently
