Contract Recruiter
Location: Shreveport, LA
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Pay Rate: $30 – $35/hour (based on experience)
Duration: 2 Months
We’re looking for a Contract Recruiter to support our hiring efforts in Shreveport. This is a full-time, on-site position ideal for someone with recruiting or HR experience—bonus points if you've worked in the medical field!
What You'll Be Doing:
- Prescreening candidates to ensure they're a great fit
- Sourcing resumes and actively searching for qualified talent
- Coordinating and scheduling interviews with hiring managers
- Keeping things organized and moving smoothly throughout the hiring process
What We're Looking For:
- Previous experience in recruiting or human resources
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Experience in the medical or healthcare industry is a plus
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
