Hours: Monday – Friday 7-4pm (Saturdays as needed)

Job Summary:
We are looking for a hardworking Lawn Care Laborer to join our landscaping team. This role is responsible for maintaining lawns, gardens, and outdoor areas for residential and commercial clients. The ideal candidate enjoys working outdoors, has a strong work ethic, and can handle physical labor in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Mow, trim, and edge lawns and landscaped areas

Prune, mulch, and care for trees, shrubs, and flower beds

Operate lawn care equipment such as mowers, trimmers, blowers, and edgers

Remove weeds, debris, and litter from job sites
-
Assist with installing sod, rock, plants, or other landscaping materials
-
Apply fertilizer, pesticides, or herbicides as directed
-
Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in safe condition
-
Follow supervisor instructions and adhere to company safety policies
Requirements:
-
Previous lawn care, landscaping, or groundskeeping experience preferred but not required

Ability to operate hand tools and lawn care equipment safely

Must be able to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in various weather conditions

Dependable, hardworking, and able to work independently or as part of a team

Valid driver’s license preferred (for travel to job sites)

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
