Loader & Set-Up Associate
Pay: $15.00 per hour
Schedule: 2nd Shift | Monday–Friday
Location: Shreveport, LA
Position Overview:
We are seeking a hardworking and reliable Loader & Set-Up Associate to assist with preparing job sites and handling materials for production or shipping. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, great attention to detail, and the ability to lift and organize materials safely and efficiently.
Responsibilities:

Load and unload trucks or materials safely and accurately

Prepare and set up equipment, tools, or products for daily production

Inspect and organize materials before and after loading
-
Operate pallet jacks, forklifts, or hand tools as needed (certification a plus)

Maintain a clean and safe work environment

Assist with general warehouse and setup duties as required

Follow company safety procedures and supervisor instructions
Requirements:
-
Previous warehouse or general labor experience preferred

Ability to lift up to 50–75 lbs and perform physically demanding work

Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work 2nd shift hours

Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a team environment

High school diploma or GED required

Forklift experience a plus
