Title: Production Lead
Pay: $20.00/hour
Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Location: Shreveport, LA
Job Type: Full-Time
Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and experienced Production Lead to oversee daily production activities and ensure workflow runs efficiently and safely. The Production Lead will coordinate tasks, support production staff, monitor quality, and communicate closely with supervisors and management. The ideal candidate has previous leadership experience in a manufacturing or production environment and strong attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead and support production team members to meet daily goals

Assign tasks and monitor workflow to ensure efficiency and accuracy

Train new employees on production processes, equipment, and safety procedures

Inspect materials and finished products for quality compliance

Troubleshoot minor equipment or production issues and escalate when needed

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

Communicate production updates, delays, or issues to management
-
Track production counts, documentation, and operational reports

Enforce company policies and safety standards at all times
Requirements:
-
Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment required

Prior leadership or team lead experience strongly preferred

Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills

Ability to read and follow work instructions and basic production documents

Able to lift 50+ lbs, stand for long periods, and work in a fast-paced environment

Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
