Job Description
We are seeking a friendly, motivated Optical Sales Associate to join our growing team in Shreveport, LA. The ideal candidate is outgoing, customer-focused, and experienced in sales, with a passion for helping patients find eyewear that meets their vision needs and personal style.
Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service and build strong patient relationships
- Assist customers based on needs, lifestyle, and prescriptions
- Explain products, pricing, and available benefits in a clear and professional manner
- Meet or exceed individual and team sales goals
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming showroom
- Process sales transactions accurately
- Support daily office operations as needed
Qualifications
- Previous sales experience required (optical experience a plus, but not required)
- Outgoing personality with strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Understanding of customer relations and commitment to patient satisfaction
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable, punctual, and professional in appearance and attitude
- Basic computer skills
