Job Description
We are seeking a motivated Bakery Manager who is eager to grow, learn, and take ownership of daily bakery operations. This role is ideal for someone with leadership potential who wants to develop long-term within the business. The right candidate will be hands-on, dependable, and excited about the opportunity for exceptional room for growth.
Responsibilities

Oversee daily bakery operations, including early-morning production

Manage and lead bakery staff, ensuring quality, consistency, and efficiency

Assist with baking, preparation, and product presentation as needed

Maintain inventory levels, ordering, and waste control
-
Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and health standards

Provide excellent customer service and help resolve customer concerns

Train and develop team members
-
Support scheduling and daily workflow to meet production demands
Requirements
-
Prior leadership or supervisory experience (bakery, food service, or retail preferred)

Willingness and ability to work early morning hours (as early as 1:00 AM)

Strong work ethic and reliability

Desire to learn all aspects of the business and grow into higher responsibility

Ability to stand for long periods and work in a fast-paced environment

Strong communication and organizational skills
Preferred Qualifications

Bakery or food production experience
