Schedule Note: Occasional mandatory Saturdays as required

Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Yard & Shipping Supervisor to oversee daily yard operations and shipping activities in a manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for coordinating workflow, supervising personnel, and ensuring all materials are handled, staged, and shipped safely and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities

Supervise yard and shipping personnel to ensure productivity and safety

Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments

Oversee loading, unloading, and staging of materials

Ensure compliance with safety policies and procedures

Communicate daily priorities and expectations to the team

Maintain organization and efficiency throughout the yard

Address operational issues and escalate concerns as needed
Qualifications
-
Minimum of 2 years of leadership experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment

Strong communication and team leadership skills

Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting

Safety-focused with attention to detail

Reliable attendance and flexibility with scheduling
