Location: Shreveport, LA
Job Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Pay: $15.00 – $16.00 per hour (based on experience)

Job Summary
We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Trim Shop Installer to join our production team in Shreveport, LA. This role involves installing equipment and components according to technical drawings and manufacturer specifications while maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and professionalism. The ideal candidate has basic mechanical and electrical knowledge, a strong work ethic, and a team-focused attitude.
Key Responsibilities

Install equipment and components by reading, watching, and interpreting technical drawings, schematics, and manuals

Test the functionality of parts and systems after installation

Conduct quality checks to ensure all work meets specifications and manufacturer compliance

Perform routine troubleshooting as needed

Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area daily

Keep a professional appearance and demeanor at all times

Collaborate with other members of the production team to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget

Promote a positive, team-oriented attitude across the workplace
Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED required

Basic mechanical knowledge

Basic electrical knowledge
-
Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds

Ability to read, interpret, and work with parts diagrams, installation drawings, and manuals

Knowledge of required hand and power tools

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
