Quality Control Inspector
Pay: $16+/hour (DOE)
Hours: Monday – Friday | 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM

Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Control Inspector to join a growing manufacturing team in Shreveport, LA. This position is responsible for inspecting finished products and in-process materials to ensure they meet company quality standards prior to shipment.
The ideal candidate has a strong eye for detail, takes pride in accuracy, and thrives in a fast-paced production environment.
Key Responsibilities

Inspect finished products and components for defects and compliance with quality standards

Document inspection results and report any quality issues

Perform visual and basic measurement checks using gauges or measuring tools

Communicate findings with production teams to support continuous improvement

Maintain clean and organized inspection areas

Follow safety procedures and company policies at all times

Assist with additional quality or production tasks as needed
Qualifications

Previous quality inspection or manufacturing experience preferred

Ability to read basic measurements (tape measure, calipers, etc.)

Strong attention to detail and consistency

Reliable attendance and punctuality

Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs as required
