Job Description
We are seeking a dependable and safety-focused Skilled Laborer to join our oil and gas operations in Bossier City, LA. This position supports daily field activities and requires hands-on experience working in industrial or oilfield environments. The ideal candidate is reliable, mechanically inclined, and able to work in demanding outdoor conditions.
Responsibilities

Assist with oil and gas field operations and general site maintenance

Operate hand tools, power tools, and basic equipment safely and efficiently

Load, unload, and transport materials and equipment

Perform routine inspections and report equipment or safety issues

Follow all company safety policies and OSHA regulations

Maintain a clean and organized worksite

Work effectively with crew members and supervisors
Requirements

Previous experience in oil & gas, construction, or industrial labor preferred

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical labor for extended periods

Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions

Strong attention to safety and detail

Reliable transportation to job site
