Lawn Care Crew Lead
Pay: $15.00 – $22.00/hour (DOE)
Hours: M-F 8-5
Location: Bossier City, LA
Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Lawn Care Crew Lead to oversee daily landscaping and groundskeeping operations. The Crew Lead is responsible for supervising a small team, ensuring jobs are completed efficiently, and maintaining high-quality standards for residential and commercial properties. The ideal candidate has prior lawn care/landscaping experience, strong leadership skills, and a commitment to safety and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and lead lawn care crews on job sites

Assign daily tasks and monitor crew performance

Operate and maintain lawn care equipment (mowers, trimmers, blowers, edgers, etc.)

Train new crew members on safety and best practices

Ensure work meets company quality standards and customer expectations

Communicate with management regarding job progress, equipment needs, and scheduling

Perform lawn care tasks including mowing, edging, trimming, mulching, pruning, and planting

Maintain a clean and safe work environment on all job sites
Requirements:
- MUST HAVE A VALID DRIVERS LICENSE

3 years of lawn care, landscaping, or groundskeeping experience REQUIRED

Prior leadership or crew lead experience preferred

Ability to operate and maintain lawn care tools and equipment safely

Must be able to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in varying weather conditions

Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills

Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation required

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
