Title: Warehouse/ Inventory Control
Hours: Monday – Thursday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Location: Shreveport, LA
Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Worker with carpentry experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on carpentry skills, forklift operating experience, and a strong understanding of inventory management. This position requires accuracy, efficiency, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities

Perform general warehouse duties including receiving, storing, and organizing materials

Utilize carpentry skills for building, repairing, or modifying pallets, crates, and other wooden structures

Operate a forklift safely and efficiently to move materials throughout the warehouse

Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with cycle counts

Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for accuracy and quality

Keep warehouse clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards

Follow all company policies and OSHA safety regulations
Qualifications

Previous warehouse experience preferred

Carpentry experience required

Forklift operating experience (certification preferred)

Knowledge of inventory systems and basic record-keeping

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
