HVAC Installer
Location: Shreveport, LA
Pay: $24–$30 per hour (DOE)
Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM

Job Description:
We are currently seeking an experienced HVAC Installer to join our team in Shreveport, LA. The ideal candidate will have experience installing heating and cooling systems in residential and/or commercial settings and be able to work efficiently while maintaining high-quality workmanship and safety standards.
Responsibilities:

Install HVAC systems including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and ductwork

Read and follow installation plans and specifications

Measure, cut, and assemble ductwork and system components

Test installed systems to ensure proper operation

Work with team members to complete installations on schedule

Maintain a clean and safe job site

Load and unload equipment, materials, and tools for each project
Qualifications:

Previous HVAC installation experience preferred

Knowledge of HVAC tools, equipment, and installation procedures

Ability to read basic blueprints and technical instructions

Strong work ethic and reliability

Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in various environments

Valid driver’s license required
