Solar/Torque Tube Worker

Location: Bossier City, LA
We are seeking motivated and reliable individuals to join our team as Solar/Torque Tube Workers. This role is ideal for self-starters who thrive in industrial environments and are eager to learn and grow within the industry. Candidates should be willing to cross-train across multiple job functions and contribute to a fast-paced, team-oriented work environment.
Responsibilities
- Install and assemble torque tubes and solar mounting systems
- Assist with alignment and setup of solar tracking equipment
- Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently
- Follow all site safety rules and OSHA guidelines
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet project deadlines
- Perform general labor duties as needed on job site
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Adapt to changing tasks and responsibilities on-site
Qualifications
- Ability to work in industrial or construction environments
- Strong work ethic and ability to work independently (self-starter)
- Willingness to cross-train in multiple roles
- Basic mechanical aptitude preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor
- Reliable transportation and punctuality required
- Prior solar or construction experience is a plus, but not required
