Job Order: Assembly Line Worker
Location: Shreveport, Louisiana
Position: Assembly Line Worker
Starting Pay: $16.00/hour (with opportunities for increases based on skill development and upskilling)
Shift Availability (Primary & Flexible Options):
- Primary Shift (1st Shift): Monday–Thursday, 5:30 AM – 3:00 PM
- 2nd Shift (Flexible): Monday–Thursday, 3:00 PM – 1:00 AM
- 3rd Shift (Flexible): Friday–Sunday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Candidates should be available for the primary shift but flexible to support 2nd or 3rd shift as needed.
Job Summary:
The Assembly Line Worker is responsible for assembling products on a production line, ensuring quality standards are met, and maintaining efficiency in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assemble components accurately and efficiently according to specifications
- Operate basic hand tools and production equipment
- Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Follow all company safety and operational procedures
- Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors
Qualifications:
- Previous manufacturing or assembly experience preferred (not required)
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Dependable with good attendance
- Willingness to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities
Compensation & Growth:
- Starting pay at $16/hour

Additional Notes:
- Must be able to work assigned shifts and demonstrate flexibility when needed
- Overtime may be required based on production demands
