Location: Shreveport, LA
Pay: $16–$18 per hour (DOE)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Job Description:
We are looking for a reliable and organized Dispatcher to join a towing company in Shreveport, LA. This role is responsible for coordinating towing and roadside service calls, communicating with drivers, and ensuring customers receive prompt and professional service.
Responsibilities:

Answer incoming calls for towing and roadside assistance services

Dispatch drivers to service calls and monitor job progress

Communicate clearly with drivers and customers to provide updates

Enter call details and service information into the dispatch system

Coordinate schedules and prioritize emergency or high-priority calls

Maintain accurate records of service calls and driver activity

Provide professional customer service while handling high call volumes
Qualifications:

Previous dispatch, customer service, or call center experience preferred

Strong communication and multitasking skills

Ability to remain calm and organized in a fast-paced environment
