Full Job Description
We are looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Smart Repair Technician to join our team. This role focuses on performing minor auto body repairs using SMART repair techniques. Experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate with a strong work ethic and attention to detail.
Responsibilities
- Repair minor damage including scratches, dents, and bumper scuffs
- Perform paint touch-ups and color matching
- Complete minor interior and trim repairs
- Use SMART repair tools and techniques
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
Qualifications
- Experience in auto body or paint repair preferred, but not required
- Ability to work independently and efficiently
- Strong attention to detail
- Reliable and self-motivated
- Valid driver’s license required
