Job Summary
We are looking for energetic, hardworking individuals to join our team as Truck Team Members (Junk Removal Specialists). In this role, you’ll work alongside a teammate to provide on-site junk removal services while delivering excellent customer service. This is a physically active, customer-facing position with opportunities for growth.
Responsibilities
- Drive or ride in a company truck to customer locations
- Lift, load, and remove items such as furniture, appliances, and debris
- Provide on-site pricing estimates based on volume
- Deliver friendly, professional customer service
- Accept and process payments
- Sort items for donation, recycling, or disposal
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the truck
- Work efficiently as part of a team to complete jobs on schedule
Requirements
- Ability to lift 50–100+ lbs repeatedly
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Valid Chauffer's Drivers License
- Reliable transportation to and from work
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends
- Must pass background check, drug test
Work Environment
- Fast-paced, physically demanding role
- Indoor and outdoor work in various weather conditions
- Frequent lifting, bending, and carrying
