Job Description
Express Employment Professionals is currently hiring Oilfield Laborers for companies operating throughout the Shreveport/Bossier area and surrounding oil & gas locations. We are seeking dependable individuals who are comfortable working outdoors, performing physical labor, and supporting field operations in fast-paced environments.
These positions are ideal for candidates with general labor, construction, industrial, mechanical, or outdoor work experience who are looking to enter or continue working in the oil & gas industry.
Responsibilities
- Assist with general oilfield and field service operations
- Load, unload, and move equipment and materials
- Clean and maintain job sites, tools, and work areas
- Assist equipment operators, technicians, and field crews
- Perform physically demanding outdoor labor in varying weather conditions
- Follow all company safety procedures and policies
- Operate basic hand and power tools
- Travel to job sites as needed
Qualifications
- Previous oilfield, construction, industrial, or general labor experience preferred but not required
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs regularly
- Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
- Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
- Willingness to work long hours, overtime, and weekends when needed
- Strong work ethic and ability to work well on a team
- Valid driver’s license preferred for some positions
