Job Description
Express Employment Professionals is currently hiring Clerical Support Specialists for multiple companies throughout the Shreveport and Bossier area. We are seeking detail-oriented individuals with strong computer and organizational skills to assist with office support, document management, and administrative processing duties.
This position involves high-volume data entry, document processing, record keeping, and general administrative support in fast-paced office environments. Candidates should be comfortable working on computers for extended periods while maintaining accuracy and efficiency.
Temporary and long-term evaluation hire opportunities are available.
Responsibilities
- Perform high-volume data entry and document processing
- Enter, update, and maintain records in company databases
- Review information for accuracy and completeness
- File, scan, and organize paperwork and electronic records
- Assist with general office and clerical support duties
- Answer phones and assist with basic customer service tasks when needed
- Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and administrative documents
- Maintain confidentiality of company and client information
Qualifications
- Previous clerical, administrative, office support, or data entry experience preferred
- Typing speed of at least 30 WPM required
- Candidates will complete skills testing during the interview process
- Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office programs
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in fast-paced environments
- Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
