Express Employment Professionals is assisting a local business in Whitmore Lake for a Warehouse Associate/Deliver Associate. They are looking for an associate to join their team and help deliver Windows and Doors to our customers. The successful candidate will be responsible for safely and efficiently driving a company vehicle to make deliveries, loading and unloading cargo, and providing excellent customer service.
Responsibilities:
- 70% warehouse and labor work, 30% delivery
- Drive a box truck vehicle.
- Ensure that all items are delivered in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries and pickups.
- Communicate with customers and answer any questions they may have.
- Load and unload packages from the vehicle.
- Follow safety protocols while driving and loading/unloading packages.
Requirements:
- Excellent driving record
- Ability to lift heavy items between 80-100lbs with shared lift
- Comfortable with work inside and outside
- High school diploma/GED
- Preference for prior commercial driving experience
Work Hours: Day shift, 7:00am-4:00pm
Pay: $19.00 - $20.00
