Senior Maintenance Technician – Webberville, MI
Competitive Pay (Based on Experience)
Openings on 1st, 2nd & 3rd Shift
Contract-to-Hire (90 Days)
This manufacturer is looking for experienced maintenance professionals who can contribute immediately with minimal training.
Ideal Experience Includes:
- CNC machine repair & troubleshooting
- Fanuc Controls
- Siemens Controls
- Advanced electrical & mechanical troubleshooting
- PLC programming and diagnostics
- Journeyperson Millwright certification (strongly preferred)
Important: Due to current production demands, technicians should expect to work 10-hour days, 7 days per week for approximately the next two months. Strong attendance, reliability, and schedule flexibility are essential.
What We're Looking For
✔ Industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment
✔ Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
✔ Mechanical and electrical repair experience
✔ Experience with PLCs, CNC equipment, robotics, or automation is highly desired
