General Laborer/Assembler
We are searching for several hardworking individuals to join the Assembly team in Brighton MI.
- 1st shift: 7am - 3:30pm or 6am - 4:30pm / Monday to Friday.
- Starting Pay Rate: $18.00/hr

The General Laborer/Assembler will be responsible for working as part of a fast-paced team environment, building and assembling custom crates and packaging for automotive, military, and commercial customers.
Responsibilities:
- Assemble components and products using hand tools, power tools, and assembly line techniques
- Maintain clean and organized work areas to ensure safety and efficiency
- Follow safety protocols and quality standards throughout all tasks
- Support various production activities as needed to meet daily operational targets
- Conduct basic inspections of finished products for quality assurance
Qualifications:
- Manufacturing, shop, or transferrable mechanical experience preferred
- Experience using hand tools, power tools, and other machinery or tools
- Ability to work effectively in a team setting and follow detailed instructions
- High school diploma or GED
