Production Operator
We a searching for reliable and mechanically inclined individuals for a Production Operator opening in Howell, MI. Training Provided! Experience Not Required!
About the Company: We specializes in the design and manufacture of progressive, blank, line and compound tooling and the manufacture of prototypes, EDM, water jet, production metal stampings (high and low volume) and assemblies for the automotive industry.
Pay Range: $16.00 - $17.00/hr
Openings on 1st & 2nd Shift!
- 1st shift: 6:30am - 3:00pm Monday to Friday, need to be open to working overtime during the week & weekends.
- 2nd shift: 3:00pm - 11:00pm Monday to Friday, need to be open to working overtime during the week & weekends.
Responsibilities:
- Perform visual inspections and basic quality control to identify any defects in parts or products.
- Accurately collect and record production data, machine logs, and quality results.
- Operate and monitor production machinery such as presses, stamping equipment, or assembly lines to meet production goals.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work area and equipment.
- Fast-paced production floor focused on quality and deadlines.
Requirements:
- Previous manufacturing or machine operation experience is a plus but required
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical movements (bend, twist, reach).
- Basic communication and math skills
