We’re hiring a skilled assembler to join our locally owned manufacturing facility in Red Wing. You’ll work hands-on with components, tools, and schematics to create high-quality assemblies that meet exacting standards. Advanced Assembly Technician - Elevate your craft!
We’re also seeking an experienced technician to lead large harness builds. This role demands strong blueprint reading, machine setup, and analytical skills. If you bring 3+ years of manufacturing experience and a passion for quality, this is your chance to shine.
Schedule
Monday - Thursday 7:00am - 4:00pm
Pay
$20-$24/hr. depending on experience and skill level
Weekly paychecks every Friday
Responsibilities
• Read and interpret assembly drawings, diagrams, and schematics
• Assemble components using hand and power tools
• Crimp, terminate, align, and fasten parts with precision
• Test assembled parts for functionality and report issues
• Rotate across different assembly areas to support team goals
• Maintain quality standards and ensure safety throughout the process
• Perform basic machine setup and maintenance (Advanced Technician role)
Skills and Qualifications
• 3+ years of manufacturing experience (Advanced Technician)
• Ability to read blueprints and interpret schematics
• Skilled with measuring tools (ruler, tape measure)
• Comfortable converting decimals to fractions and vice versa
• Strong computer skills
• Detail-oriented, analytical, and conscientious
• Clear communication and teamwork mindset
• Soldering, welding, drilling experience is a plus
