Job Full Description
We are currently recruiting for a Plant Operator at a natural fertilizer company in Cannon Falls, MN. This role involves assisting with dehydrating compost until it becomes granulated, operating skid loaders and forklifts, supervising equipment, performing basic maintenance and repairs, and general clean-up duties. Ideal candidates will have experience working in farm-like environments and be comfortable working in dusty conditions throughout the day.

- Prior manufacturing/production experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50 lbs., and rotate between standing, bending, lifting, pushing, pulling, etc.
- Pay Rate: $20.00/hr.
- Hours: Thursday - Monday 5am - 1pm
