Schedule
- 1st Shift: Monday - Thursday, 5:45 AM - 2:45 PM; Friday, 5:45 AM - 9:45 AM
- 2nd Shift: Monday - Thursday, 2:00 PM - 12:00 AM
- Includes a $0.50/hr. shift differential for all hours worked on 2nd shift.
Pay
- 1st Shift: $16.00/hr.
- 2nd Shift: $16.50/hr. (includes $0.50/hr. shift differential)
Responsibilities
- Remove excess paint, touch up parts, and inspect finished products for quality
- Identify defects, complete production paperwork, and take corrective action as needed
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Work with team members to meet production goals and deadlines
Skills & Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail and hand-eye coordination
- Comfortable using hand tools and working with small components
- Ability to follow visual and written instructions accurately
