Schedule
- Hastings: Monday-Thursday, 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM
- Cannon Falls: Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM (up to 4:30 PM as needed)
- Overtime available

Responsibilities
- Operate equipment and assemble products according to production standards
- Inspect products for quality and identify any issues or defects
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
- Communicate production concerns and support daily production goals
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Manufacturing or production experience preferred
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Mechanical aptitude and ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Strong attendance record and commitment to safety
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 35 lbs. as needed
