Job Full Description
As an Account Manager, you'll connect talented associates with local clients, supporting both parties through every step of the hiring process: from the initial interview to the job offer to the day they are hired on as the company's core employee.
Our office is comprised of a small, tight-knit team who is driven to succeed. Employees understand the importance of both self-motivation and adaptability, consistently pivoting throughout the day to ensure both Associates and Clients are supported during the hiring process.
As hard as our team works on the job, we also prioritize a work-life balance. We rarely require overtime, overnight travel, or weekend work. Our standard 40 hour per week schedule ensures employees have plenty of time for their families and friends. A Closer Look at the Account Manager Role
- Manage multiple client company accounts
- Tour client facilities
- Maintain familiarity with client-based needs and job openings
- Ensure high-level of satisfaction and retention among clients
- Expand business and building rapport through the many services our office provides
- Complete all tasks with a sense of urgency
- Recruit and interview associates
- Manage and coach associates, as needed
- Expand client business and build rapport
- Learn and maintain company software database
- Connect with both clients and associates via phone calls, emails, text messages, and in person
- Other duties, as assigned
Background Profile
- High School Diploma or GED
- Associate Degree
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- 1 year of sales or customer service experience (preferred)
- 1 year of recruiting experience (preferred)
- Knowledge of employment and hiring laws (preferred)
- Efficient phone and computer skills
- Adaptability to manage changing priorities
- Positive, professional attitude
- Attention to detail
- Organizational skills
- Interpersonal skills, including written and verbal communication
- Ability to work individually and as a team in a fast-paced environment
Compensation
- $45,000-$65,000/year
- Includes salary, bonuses, and commission
- Dependent on performance and experience
