Are you ready to take the next step in your manufacturing career with a direct hire opportunity that offers stability, growth, and great benefits? We’re looking for a detail-oriented and safety-conscious Extrusion Machine Operator to join a dynamic team in the Red Wing area.
Duties:
- Operate extrusion machinery to produce high-quality profiles
- Perform quality checks using gauges, calipers, push testers, and optical comparators
- Accurately record production data and quality results
- Support a safe work environment by completing near-miss reports and following all safety protocols
- Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent product quality across all lines
Schedule: Sunday - Thursday | 10:30 PM – 7:00 AM
Pay Rate: $24.00/hour
Qualifications
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints
- Experience with precision measuring tools
- Physically able to lift up to 55 lbs. on a medium-consistent basis
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
