Schedule
Training Period (All New Hires):
- Monday-Thursday, 5:00am-3:00pm (1st Shift)
2nd Shift:
- Monday-Thursday, 2:45pm-12:45am
- Overtime on Fridays as needed
Weekend Shift:
- Friday-Sunday, 6:00am-6:00pm
- Work 36 hours and get paid for 40!
Pay
- $23.00-$30.00/hour DOE
- Weekly pay every Friday
Job Duties
- Read blueprints and fabricate structural steel components
- Weld, fit, grind, and assemble products to specifications
- Inspect welds, perform repairs, and maintain quality standards
- Use measuring tools and complete production documentation
- Follow safety procedures and support team production goals
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of welding experience OR welding school/training
- Flux-Core, Metal-Core, and Stick welding experience preferred
- Ability to read blueprints and work with precise measurements
- Strong attention to quality, safety, and craftsmanship
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
