Machine Builders will be responsible for assembling, tesing and troubleshooting custom machinery and automation systems. You’ll work closely with engineering and production teams to bring complex mechanical designs to life, ensuring each build meets their high standards for quality and performance.
Schedule
1st Shift: Monday – Friday (7am – 3:30pm)
Pay
- $20.00-$26.00/hour, depending on experience
- Weekly paychecks every Friday
Location and Work Environment
- Red Wing, MN
- Clean, climate-controlled environment

Responsibilities and Duties
- Assemble mechanical components and systems based on technical drawings and schematics
- Install pneumatic, hydraulic and electrical systems as required
- Perform functional testing and calibration of machines
- Collaborate with engineers to resolve design and build challenges
- Maintain clean and organized work environment
- Document and build processes and suggest improvements
Skills and Qualifications
- Proven experience in machine building, mechanical assembly or industrial automation
- Strong mechanical aptitude and familiarity with hand and power gools
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
- Basic understniding of electrical and pnewumatic systems
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
